(TSXV: VAN) ("Vangold" or the "Company") announces that, further to its news releases of October 23 and August 27 2018, following several meeting with Intermont’s management, the Company could not get to an agreement on the terms of the acquisition, as a result, the Company has determined that it is in its best interest not to proceed with the acquisition of Intermont Resources LLC. The Company will continue to focus on its Mexican assets and drilling program on the El Pinguico mine located in Guanajuato.
